Three arrested for shooting of Dublin garda released
Three people who were arrested in connection with the shooting of an on-duty garda in Dublin have been released without charge.
Paul Sherlock was shot in September at Ossory Road in the north inner city after stopping a stolen car.
A file is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions on the two men and a woman, who were taken into custody on Sunday and Monday.
A fourth person was arrested in Clondalkin yesterday in connection with the attack.
The 27-year-old man is being questioned at Bridewell garda Station.
