Teachers to be trained to spot cyber-bullying on Bebo

Teachers are to get special training in how to spot bullying among children on Bebo.

The programme will help teachers navigate and understand social networking sites.

The voluntary courses, run by the National Centre for Technology in Education, will be held at more than 20 locations around the country next year.

It comes amid growing concern, among parents, of the problem of cyber-bullying.
