Hospital worker held at knifepoint by patient
Gardaí are investigating an incident at a psychiatric hospital in Limerick where an employee was threatened at knife point by a patient.
The incident happened at St Joseph's Psychiatric Hospital at around half past ten last night.
It's understood a young man in his teens, who is a resident at the hospital, threatened an employee at knife point and forced him to drive him to Dublin.
Gardaí from Portlaoise intercepted the car on the Dublin road near Newbridge in Co Kildare.
