Two people were seriously ill in hospital today after a suspected bad batch of drugs were taken at a birthday party.

Two people were seriously ill in hospital today after a suspected bad batch of drugs were taken at a birthday party.

GardaĂ­ are warning all persons who attended the 21st birthday celebration in Ballybeg Square, Waterford, who feel nauseous or unwell to seek immediate medical attention at Waterford Regional Hospital.
