Two people were seriously ill in hospital today after a suspected bad batch of drugs were taken at a birthday party.

Two people were seriously ill in hospital today after a suspected bad batch of drugs were taken at a birthday party.

Gardaí are warning all persons who attended the 21st birthday celebration in Ballybeg Square, Waterford, who feel nauseous or unwell to seek immediate medical attention at Waterford Regional Hospital.
