Farmers slam new EC proposals on CAP reform

The Irish Farmers Association (IFA) has criticised new proposals put forward by the European Commission as part of a review of the EU's Common Agriculture Policy.

The proposals are aimed at reforming the way €44bn worth of annual subsidies are divided among the 27 member states.
