Gardaí in Co Clare are appealing for the public's help in tracing the whereabouts of a man who has been missing for almost three weeks.

Ivan Hyde, 31, from John Carew Park in Limerick was last seen at the Cnoc Cluain housing estate at Ballina in Tipperary.
