Woman pedestrian killed

A woman has died after she was struck by a car in Dublin last night.

Gardaí said the incident took place at Tonlegee Road, Coolock, Dublin at 9pm yesterday.

A garda spokesman said: “The collision happened between the junctions at Millbrook Drive and Raheny Road and the pedestrian was struck by a car going towards Baldoyle.”

Gardaí at Coolock have appealed for witnesses.
