Six women face fresh tests amid breast cancer scandal

Six women who had breast cancer scans at Portlaoise Hospital will reportedly have to wait until next week to find out if their diagnosis was correct.

The six are among 19 patients whose files were reviewed after it emerged that a number of women examined at the hospital in the past four years had been wrongly given the all clear.
