Motorists to be spared needless detour

Motorists on the M50 motorway will today be able to use a new off-ramp at the notorious Red Cow roundabout to head out of Dublin.

For the past few weeks traffic travelling southbound and exiting at the massive interchange had to travel further to Ballymount, do a U-turn and return to the Red Cow before heading out of the city.
