Switch to re-usable nappies encouraged by local authority

Kerry County Council have appealed to parents to pamper their babies with re-usable cloth nappies instead of the usual disposable ones.

The campaign, backed by the council, calls on people to purchase a new type of cloth nappy that has an inner layer that can be flushed away at a cost of about €320.
