A "mid level drug dealer" who was caught selling heroin twice in a fortnight by plain clothes gardaí posing as drug addicts has received a three year sentence at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court.

A "mid level drug dealer" who was caught selling heroin twice in a fortnight by plain clothes gardaí posing as drug addicts has received a three year sentence at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court.

Paul Kelly (aged 36) a father of three, of Cloverhill Drive, Ballyfermot, pleaded guilty to possession of heroin for sale or supply at Le Fanu Park, Ballyfermot on June 16 and 30, 2006. He had 12 previous convictions.
