Leading Loyalist arrested in connection with schoolboy murder

A leading loyalist politician is among seven people being questioned by police in the north investigating the brutal murder of a schoolboy.

Billy Hutchinson, a former Stormont Assembly member, and a leading member of the Progressive Unionist Party, is among those who have been detained over the killing of Thomas Devlin over two years ago.
