Two youths charged with fire at Mullingar wine warehouse

Two youths have been charged with causing the fire at the Wines Direct warehouse in Mullingar earlier this week.

The blaze - which broke out on Monday night - destroyed a warehouse, offices and a retail outlet.

Nobody was injured and the company are continuing to trade at an alternative premises.

The arrested pair have been released by gardaí and are due in court next week.

A file is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
