Cullen 'should have been told about Aer Lingus plan'

Former Minister for Transport Martin Cullen has said officials should have informed him about plans by Aer Lingus to scrap its Shannon to Heathrow services.

The current minister, Noel Dempsey, has revealed that officials in the Department of Transport were aware of the plans last June.
