The closing stages have been reached in the trial of a Limerick man alleged to have raped a woman walking home alone in the early hours of Halloween Night two years ago.

Closing speeches have been made by prosecuting and defence counsel and the jury of five women and seven men will begin its deliberations after being charged by Mr Justice Barry White.
