Man killed in car crash in Clare

A man was killed today in a two-car collision in County Clare.

Gardaí said the accident happened in Sandfield Road, Ennis, this morning.

A garda spokesman said: “Gardaí from Ennis Garda station, Clare, are investigating a fatal road collision which happened this morning at Sandfield Road, Ennis.

“The male driver of a vehicle was fatally injured after his vehicle was in collision with another vehicle.”
