Murdered Swiss student 'was suffocated'

A Swiss student found murdered in inner-city scrubland was suffocated to death, it was revealed today.

The body of Manuela Riedo, from Berne, was found by a dog walker on waste ground beside railway lines in Galway city at around 9.30am yesterday.
