Unions meet Aer Lingus bosses to discuss pay freeze

Unions representing Aer Lingus workers are due to meet the airline's management today to discuss the pay freeze it has imposed as the latest salvo in a row over cost cuts.

Management has imposed the measure in response to the union's failure to sign up to a €20m cost-saving plan recommended by the Labour Court.
