PSNI to defy Policing Board vote on Taser guns

PSNI chief constable Hugh Orde has reportedly decided to press ahead with the deployment of Taser guns in defiance of the Policing Board.

Last night, the board passed a motion saying the weapons should not be used until further assessments are carried out.
