Kenny: 'Patients dying at end of waiting lists'

Patients are dying at the end of hospital waiting lists, Opposition leader Enda Kenny claimed in the Dáil today.

The impact on health services caused by HSE budget cuts and a recruitment ban was raised for the second day this week.
