I did not try to hide money, Ahern tells tribunal

Taoiseach Bertie Ahern today told the Mahon Tribunal that he did not try to "hide" money by failing to fully disclose his bank account records.

Mr Ahern is spending his third day in the witness box at the tribunal which is probing a complex tangle of transactions carried out during the 1990s when he was Minister for Finance.
