Ryanair has slammed Aer Lingus management for refusing to hold an EGM following its decision to end services between Shannon and Heathrow.

Ryaniar, which owns nearly 30% of the former national carrier, has twice requested an EGM to give shareholders an opportunity to vote down the decision.
