TaraWatch continue M3 campaign

Opponents of the M3 motorway, being built adjacent to the Hill of Tara, are staging a protest outside government buildings in Dublin today.

TaraWatch has organised a march, from the Garden of Remembrance through the city centre to the Department of the Taoiseach, demanding the work be halted to protect the historic site.

The event is being supported by the students union.

Gardaí say large crowds are expected.
