Conference told workplace bullying is responsible for suicides
Workplace bullying is said to have been a factor in 100 suicides in Ireland last year.
Clinical Psychologist Michael Mullally, who specialises in the area, says the problem is now reaching epidemic proportions.
He has been speaking at the International Association for Suicide Prevention Conference in Kerry this afternoon.
Mr Mullally said that bullying in work is affecting almost 160,000 people.
