State Pathologist: Cork man died of multiple stab wounds

Gardaí investigating the death of a man in Cork have formally upgraded their inquiry to a murder investigation .

The results of a post mortem examination undertaken by Deputy State Pathologist, Dr Michael Curtis showed Brian McKee died from multiple stab wounds.

Gardaí are still questioning two men in connection with the stabbing which happened on the south side of the city.
