Govt 'failing to speed up processing of student grants'

The Union of Students in Ireland is accusing the Government of creating hardship for thousands of students by delaying the processing of third-level grants.

The USI says the Government has failed to deliver on its promise to implement the Student Support Bill before the Dáil's summer recess.
