Hanafin in favour of bonus points for Higher Level maths

Minister for Education Mary Hanafin is reiterating her call for bonus points to be awarded to Leaving Cert pupils sitting the Higher Level maths paper.

Ms Hanafin is proposing the move in an effort to increase the number of students taking science, technology and engineering courses in college.
