Aer Lingus refuses talks unless strike plan is withdrawn

Aer Lingus is refusing to enter talks with its pilots unless they withdraw their strike plans for next week.

Almost 500 pilots are planning to take industrial action on Tuesday and Wednesday to protest the airline's plans to hire new pilots in the North on lesser terms and conditions.
