Quakers convene in Dublin for conference

Quakers from around the world are in Dubin for the start of a major conference on their community this weekend.

The nine-day gathering will see delegates from as far away as New Zealand and Kenya take part.

Organiser Jonathan Pimm has said the conference is an important occasion for the Quaker religion.

The conference is held every three years in different world venues.
