Dublin’s Metro North line to cost more than €5bn

Documents released under the Freedom of Information Act have reportedly shown that the first metro line planned for Dublin city will cost more than €5bn.

Reports this morning say the estimated cost of the Metro North line from Swords to St Stephen's Green was put at €4.58bn in 2004 prices.
