IFA concerned about second foot-and-mouth outbreak

The Irish Farmers Association has expressed concern about the confirmation of a second foot-and-mouth outbreak in England.

The authorities confirmed this morning that the disease had been detected in a second herd of cattle within the protection zone set up following last week's outbreak in Surrey.
