Hanafin rules out re-introduction of third-level fees

Minister for Education Mary Hanafin has categorically ruled out the re-introduction of third-level fees.

Earlier this week, the heads of Irish universities renewed their call for the reintroduction of fees, saying the money is needed to help Irish colleges compete internationally.
