Man is airlifted to hospital from Croagh Patrick
A man has been airlifted to hospital after suffering a suspected heart attack while climbing Croagh Patrick in Co Mayo.
He is being treated at Mayo General Hospital in Castlebar, however his condition is not thought to be life-threatening.
Meanwhile, weather conditions are being described as perfect for climbing, and up to 30,000 people are expected to take part in the annual pilgrimage by the end of the day.
Peter Jordon of Mayo Mountain Rescue said they have had very few incidents to deal with.
