Over 30,000 expected to climb Croagh Patrick for Reek Sunday

The annual pilgrimage to the top of Croagh Patrick is underway.

Over 30,000 people in total are expected to take part in Reek Sunday.

Some pilgrims began the climb as early as 4.30am.

Weather conditions on the mountain are said to be perfect this morning.
