The Equality Tribunal has reported a 78% rise in the number of cases it deals with relating to alleged racial discrimination in the workplace since last year.

The Equality Tribunal has reported a 78% rise in the number of cases it deals with relating to alleged racial discrimination in the workplace since last year.

The overall number of employment equality cases was up 12%, while referrals on equal status grounds were up 26%.
