The fault was fixed on Friday, but the City and County Councils are still trying to fill up reservoirs.

The County Council says the reservoir in Tonabrucky isn't filling fast enough.

City Councillor Padraig Conneely is laying the blame for the problem firmly on the shoulders of council management.
