Galway residents without water for three days

Many residents in Galway city and county are still without water today, three days after an electrical fault at the Luimnagh Treatment Plant interrupted the supply.

Galway County Council has said that it is still trying to fill up its reservoirs, and it is hoped that water will be fully restored by this evening.
