Man in Belfast court charged with death of homeless man

In the North a 29-year-old man is to appear in court later this morning charged in connection with the murder of a homeless man in Belfast earlier this month.

In the North a 29-year-old man is to appear in court later this morning charged in connection with the murder of a homeless man in Belfast earlier this month.

Frazer Joe Souter, aged 37, died after an alleged attack at the Victoria Street and High Street junction in the city on July 2nd.

The man, who has also been charged, will appear at Belfast Magistrates' Court this morning.

A second man, also arrested on Thursday, has been released without charge pending further inquiries.
