Irish health spending among lowest in OECD countries

Ireland's healthcare spending is one of the lowest in the developed world, according to a new analysis by the OECD.

Ireland is ranked sixth from the bottom of the list of 30 OECD countries, spending just 7.5% of GDP on the health system in 2005.
