NRA says it hasn't been contacted by European Commission about M3

The National Roads Authority has said it has not been approached by the European Commission regarding a stretch of the M3 where an historic national monument has been discovered.

In a statement, the NRA also said it understands that the EC concerns relate to Ireland's Planning Regulations, which it is contented; do not fully accord with EU law on Environmental Impact Assessments.
