Developer Tom Gilmartin says he would have built a very different development at Quarryvale in west Dublin if he had been allowed to develop the site.

Mr Gilmartin was hoping to develop the site of what is now the Liffey Valley Shopping Centre in west Dublin, but lost out to rival developer Owen O'Callaghan.
