Beverly Flynn may be back in FF ranks 'within weeks'

Independent Mayo TD Beverly Flynn could reported be set to rejoin Fianna Fáil within weeks after the Taoiseach mounted another strong defence of her over the weekend.

Bertie Ahern has promised to consult local Fianna Fáil members before making any decision on the matter, but reports this morning say 10 of the 12 party councillors in Mayo support her re-entry.
