Man's body discovered in Carlingford Co Louth

Gardai have launched an investigation following the discovery of a man's body at a caravan in County Louth this afternoon.

The body was found in Mountain Park, Carlingford at around 4.30pm.

It is understood to be that of a local man in his late 30s.

The scene has been preserved for a technical examination, and Gardai have requested the services of the State Pathologist.
