Gilmartin: I did not leak information in late 90s

Property developer Tom Gilmartin has denied leaking information from the planning tribunal in the late 1990s.

Mr Gilmartin was accused by former Minister for Justice and Tánaiste Michael McDowell, who formerly represented builder Owen O'Callaghan.
