Ombudsman probes video of garda mocking phone caller

The Garda Ombudsman has reportedly launched an investigation into a video apparently showing a garda making fun of a member of the public.

The video, which has been posted on the You Tube website, appears to show a uniformed garda taking a phone call from a man who wants to speak to the sergeant.
