Tribunal faces delays because of Gilmartin ill health

The latest module at the Mahon Tribunal is likely to be delayed by several weeks because of the frail health of property developer Tom Gilmartin.

His lawyers today successfully argued that the 72-year-old should only give evidence for three hours in the morning, because he has recently undergone a quadruple bypass.
