Byrne concedes in Dublin South Central, O'Snodaigh returned

Labour candidate Eric Byrne has conceded defeat in Dublin South Central.

The remaining two seats will go to Catherine Byrne of Fine Gael and Sinn Féin's Aengus O'Snodaigh.
