Labour's Ryan overtakes Socialist Daly after recount

A recount of votes in Dublin North has resulted in a dramatic swing in favour of an eliminated Labour candidate.

Brendan Ryan now looks set to have this decision overturned, with Socialist Party candidate Clare Daly losing out instead.
