Upton takes third Dublin South Central seat
Labour's Mary Upton has won the third seat in Dublin South Central.
With Dublin South Central now in its tenth count, three candidates are battling it out for the two remaining seats.
Fine Gael's Catherine Byrne looks very likely to take the fourth seat, but the fifth is more uncertain.
Sinn Féin's Aengus O'Snodaigh could still be in trouble, with Labour's Eric Byrne likely to take a lot of Upton's surplus.
That transfer is now underway.
With 13 seats still to be filled in five constituencies: Fianna Fáil has 73, Fine Gael 46, Labour 20, PDs 1, Green Party 5, Sinn Féin 3 and Others 5.
