Uncertainty surrounds composition of next coalition

The complexion of the next government remains uncertain today following a poor election for the smaller political parties.

Fianna Fáil is almost certain to lead the next coalition, but they will not have enough seats to former an alliance with the PDs following the latter's electoral decimation.
